SECTION 03 TRANSMISSION SUB-SECTION 04 (DRIVEN PULLEY)
REMOVAL
To remove driven pulley assembly, side pan must be pulled outProceed as follows:
Pulley guard and drive belt
Side pan
Remove the two rear and the front side pan retaining nutOn the MX model, remove the nut securing the side pan to the ski shock mounting bracketINSPECTION
11, Sliding half bushing
Check bushing wear, replace if wear is excessive
Pulley assembly
Pull out the side pan and remove the pulley assembly
12, Slider shoe
Check for excessive wearRemove one nut
