SUB-SECTION 03 (DRIVE PULLEY)
5,21, Bushing
Gently grind small taper at one end to ease bushing assembly and push into hub plug as illustratedpoint on both halves
Maximum free-play mm (1 IS"1
ASSEMBLY
1 5,16, Starter ring gear
Apply "Loctite 271" or equivalent on threads then torque the screws to 14 (10 ft.lbs) or tighten with an impact screwdriver
Grind Taper
11,12, Guard
Torque to N.m (53 ft.lbs)
17,18,19,20 Counterweight ass'y
