Crankcase halves are factory matched and therefore, are not interchangeable as single halvesPrior to joining of crankcase halves, spray some new injection oil on all the moving parts of the crankshaftThen apply "Loctite 515" (no4137027) on mating surfacesPosition the crankcase halves together and tighten nuts (or bolts) by hand then install armature plate (tighten) on magneto side to correctly align the crankcase halvesTorque bolts to proper torque following il lustrated sequenceFollow sequence shown
