6BATTERY WARRANTY:
12 consecutive months(Pro-rated 100 warranty coverage will start on the date the snowmobile was purchased and run to the following April 30thThe remainder of the 12 months period will be pro-rated as follows:50 from April 30th to December 1st- 40 from December 1st to December 31st- 30 from January 1st to end of warrantySome states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply
