INSPECTION
Check skis and runner shoes for excessive wear, replace if necessary Make sure steering arm and ski leg splines interlockCheck general condition of steering system components for wear and replace if necessary
When assembling spring leaves, cross each and temporarily insert one (1) nut and bolt (for Citation, Mirage II, Skandic, Nordik and Alpine models install tab lock ), then position them parallel to each other and install remaining bolt and nutTighten nuts to specified torque and for models equipped with tab lock bend the tab over the nutsWARNING: Should removal of nylon lock nut be required when undergoing repairsdisassembly, always replace by new onesTighten as specified
