INSTALLATION
Make sure that starter and engine mating surfaces are free of grimeSerious trouble may arise If starter is not properly alignedInstall starterConnect the red battery cable and the red wire to the large terminal of the solenoidConnect red g reen wire to small terminal of solenoidConnect black cable to battery
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Causes of troubles are not necessarily In the start ing system (starter) but may be due to faulty batterysWitcheselectrical cables andor connectionsTrouble may also be attributed to malfunctioning of the Ignition system andor fuel systemThe following trouble shootl ng table is limited to the starting system WARNING: Short circuiting the electric starter is always danger, therefore disconnect the ground cable at the battery before carrying out any kind of maintenance on the starting systemDo not place tools on battery
SYMPTOM Starter does not turn
