BATTERY
REMOVAL
WARNING: When disconnecting battery cables, always remove the black negative cable first then the positive cable (red!Care should be taken while disconnecting above mentioned cables otherwise battery post breakage could occur+
A hydrometer measures battery's state of charge in terms of specific gravityMost hydrometers only read true at 2]0 (SO F) In order to obtain correct readings, adjust the initial reading by adding .004 points to the hydrometer readings for each 5.5C (10F) above 27C (SOF) and by subtracting .004 points for every 5.5C (10F) below 2]oC (SOF)THE ILLUSTRATION WILL AID YOU IN FINDING THE CORRECT READING At 3S 32 27 21
