Throttle slide adjustment
For maximum performance, correct carburetor throttle slide adjustment is criticalThe following method should be used: with engine turned off:Remove the air intake silencer- Back off the idle speed screw(s) completelyOutl et bo re Approxgap
WARNING: Ensure the engine is turned OFF, prior to the throttle slide adjustment
Once carburetor(s) adjustment is performed, check that with the throttle lever fully depressed, there is free play of 1 16") between the cover(s) and throttle slide(s) Readjust accordingly
