Damage resulting from accident, fire or other casualty, misuse, abuse or neglectDamage resulting from modification to the snowmobile not approved in writing by BOMBARDIERLosses incurred by the snowmobile owner other than parts and labour, such as, but not limited to, transportation, towing, telephone calls, taxis, or any other incidental or consequential damages
Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply
