Optional parts installation
Lift the rear of the vehicle until the track is "off" the groundRemove the shock covers Remove the shock assemblies Remove the springs from the shocksInstall optional springs (P IN 503064600) on the shocksRemove the slide suspension from the vehicleRemove the slide suspension springsInstall the optional springs (PIN R.H: 414444800 LH 4144449 00) on the front arm Install the slide suspension and torque the front and rear arm retainer bolts to 34-45 N- (29-34 ft-Ibs)refe to iI IustrationInstall the two (2) shock assemblies on vehicle, torque the retainer bolts to 61 N- (45 ft-Ibs)refer to illustrationInstall the shock covers and torque the retainer screws to N- (1 ft-Ibs)refer to illustration Torque to: 34-45 Nm (29-34 ft -Ibs)
TRACK TENSION ADJUSTMENT
Lift rear of vehicle and support it off the groundAllow the track to extend norma ll yAdjust the gap between track and slider shoe between 10 mm to 13 mm (38"12") when pulling down on the track ith force of kg (6 .5 Ibs)
