4Adjust electrolyte level to UPPER LEVEL5Charge battery at chargi ng rate of 2.0 amperes for 10 to 20 hours_ CAUTIONIf cell temperature rises higher than 50C (122F) discontinue charging temporarily or reduce the charging rate6After charging, get rid of gas bubble out of battery by vibrating it lightly by hand 7Readjust electrolyte level to UPPER LEVEL 8Reinstall caps to original position and wipe off any spillage on battery using baking soda powder and water mixtureWARNING: Overflow tube must be free and openA kinked or bent tube will restrict ventilation and create gas accumulation that could result in an explosion
