CLEANING
Clean all metal components in non-ferrous metal cleaner
OIL INJECTION PU ADJUSTMENT
A) Prior to adjusting the pump, make sure all carburetor adjustments are completedEliminate the throttle cable free play by pressing the throttle lever until light resistance is felt, then hold in placeThe aligning marks on the pump casting and on the lever must alignIf not, loosen the adjuster nut and adjust accordingly Retighten the adjuster nut

NOTE: Some oil pump components are not available
At assembly, always check for clamp tightnessTo remove reta ining nut, lock gear in place using no420876690 toolAdjuster nut
