Remove pulley guard, drive belt and mufflerSlacken steering column boltsRelease chain tensionRemove cotter pin and nut secu-
Spring tension pre-load should be 3.6 kg (8 Ibs)
To correct spring tension, either relocate spring end in
sliding pulley half or gradually rotate outer cam
