DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
001t is first necessary to heat bearing housing to 65 (150 F) to remove or install bearing0)Fan belt free-play must be mm UU)To adjustInstall or remove shim (s) between pulley halvesInstall excess shim (s) between fan and lockwasherTo remove or install fan pulley retaining nutlock fan pulley with special holder wrench(See Tools section)At assembly, torque nut to 62 Nom (46 ft-Ibs)
