This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other legal rights which may vary rom state to state, or province to province
Where applicable this warra nty is expressly in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties of BOMBARDIER, its distributors and he sell ing dealer, including any warranty of merchantability of itness for any particu lar purpose; otherwise the implied warranty is limited to he du ration of this warra nty However, some states or provi nces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply Neither the distributor, he selling dea ler, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation or warranty other than those contained in this warranty, and if made, such affirmation, representation or warranty sha ll not be enforceable against BOMBARDIER or any other person
