CDApply pipe thread sealant to avoid leaksS ee if the cap pressurizes the systemIf not, install new 13 Ibs cap(do not exceed 13 Ibs of pressure)To check thermostat, put it in water and heat waterThermostat should open when water temperature reaches 43C (110F)
Check general condition of hoses and clamps tightness
