Drain the oil from the chaincaseRaise and block the rear of the veh icle off the ground Remove the suspensionRemove the oil sealsRemove the speedometer angle drive unit and coup lin cable Release the drive sprocket teeth from the track notches, at the same timepulling the drive axle towards th end bearing housing side of frameRemove the drive ax le from the vehicle

ASSEMBLY
Wh en assembling drive axlealways position new oil sea on each end of drive ax leThe seal lip must face the sprocket 0Always pull or push bearing by inner raceThe bearing on the sp lin ed side of axle must be installed as per given specificationsThe bearing housing must be flu sh with end of drive axleEach bearing must have its shield facing the sprocket
