SECTION 01 SUB- SECTION 02 (SLIDE SUSPENS ION )
DISASSEMBLYASSEMBLY

Sliding support must be installed with offset to ward front
o CD To replace worn slider shoe,

remove the rear spirol pinSlide the shoe rearwards out of the runnerremove the rivets securing the adjustment plate on the front arm supports, cut off the rivet heads using cold chisel
At assembly, position the rivet head on suitable metal bloc and hold the assembly firmly in place With flat head punch and hammer secure the rivet in place

Clean all traces of plastic from threadsPrior to assembly, apply light coat of "Loctite" thread locking compound or equiva lent, on threadsFlat head punch

Prior to assembly, identify front and rear
springsFront spring coil diameter is smaller than rear
INSTALLATION
Detach front stopper strap and shock absorber of the suspensionLift the rear of vehicle off the groundPlace suspension within the track and align front arm of suspension with front holes of frame and secure using bolts and washersTorque to 43 Nm (32 ft -Ibs)Metal block
