TEST NO5C BRAKE LIGHT COIL CONTINUITY
1Turn selector switch to position no2(DISTRIBUTOR RESISTANCEfor checking low ohm values)2Turn meter adjusting knob for scale no2 until meter pointer aligns with set position on right side of scale(See pages 1213)3On engines equipped with brake light coil, carry out the following procedure: a) Connect the black test lead to one of the green wiresb) Connect the red test lead to the other green wire4Read the RED figures on scale no2Meter reading must be within specification limitsIf not, replace the defective coilSee Technical Data 08 05-03
