COOLING SYSTEM
INSPECTION
Check general condition of hoses and clamps tightness

DRAINING THE SYSTEM
To drain the cooling system, remove the coolant tank cap and disconnect the by-pass hose from fitting on cylinder head
CD Apply pipe thread sealant to avoid leaks Pressure cap can be checked by depressing
the red button (after engine has run) to see if the cap pressurizes the systemIf not, install new 13 Ibs cap, (do not exceed 13 Ibs of pressure)To check thermostat, put it in water and heat waterThermostat should open when water temperature reaches 70 (160 DF)
