REMOVAL
With engine cold, remove spark plugs then bring P.T.O(Power Take Off) piston at T.D.C(Top Dead Center) positionRotate drive pulley 45 clockwise then insert enough starter rope into cylinder to fill it completelyInstall "U" clamp (See Tools Section) over pulley halvesOpen locking tab and remove retaining bolt
CAUTION: Be careful when installing sliding half assembly on square shaft of drive pulley to avoid scratches on "Duralon" bushing caused by square shaft edge

remove and install use bearing separator and afterwards standard puller and pusherNOTE: Items should be press-fitted togetherDo not remove inner half bearing unless damaged and replacement is necessaryr-
