TEST NO10 SOLENOID TEST 1Adjust scale No.2See pages 12132Turn selector switch to position No.2ISTR IBUTOR RES ISTANCE3Connect the black test lead to one of the large terminals of solenoid 4Connect the red test lead to other large terminal of solenoid5With 12 volt battery, place two (2) jumper leads on battery postsConnect the positive jumper lead to small terminal of solenoid6Connect negative jumper lead to solenoid housing and at same timepush-in solenoid plunger until plunger holds itself 7The meter pointer must return within the OK block If not replace solenoid
