TEST NO58 LIGHTING COIL CONTINUITY 1Turn selector switch to position No.2(DISTRIBUTOR RESISTANCEfor checking low ohm values)2Turn meter adjusting knob for scale no2 until meter pointer aligns with set position on right side of scaleSee pages 12133On all engines, carry out the following procedure: a) Connect the black test lead to one of the yellow wires (yellowgreen, yellowred, yellowblack)b) Connect the red test lead to the other yellow wire (yellowgreen, yellowred, yellowblack), 4Read the RED figures on scale no 2Meter reading must be within specification limitsIf not, replace the defective coil(See Technical Data 0805-03)
