REMOVAL
Remove spark plug(s) and bring P.T.O piston 3,4to '4 "B.T.D.CInsert length of rewind starter rope through P.T.Dspark plug hole and rotate drive pulley cou nter-clockwise until piston bears against ropeRemove governor retaining boltWarningSpring pressure can force assembly apart therefore, it is imperative hat the governor cup be held firmly during governor retai ning bolt removal
