14Turn the sheave counter-clockwise six (6) turns to achieve proper recoil tensionHold in position15Look through the starter stop orifice and rotate the sheave until the starter orifice and sheave orifice align16Insert starter rope through starter stop orifice and sheave orifice until 34 inch of rope is visible in the cable key housing17Insert cable key in housing and push the key to lock the starter rope (fig2-5-17)
