2-05-04 NOTE: Do not disassemble pivoting arm as sembly unless damaged and replacement is indicatedIf necessary to disassemble, press on spring and remove pawl spring stops, springs and pawls from pivot arm REWIND STARTER
ASSEMBLY 1Holding the smaller half of the cartridge
casing in one hand, wind the spring counter clockwise into the casing notch (fig2-5-13)
4Remove "0" washer and rope sheave from the housing5Unscrew the two (2) screws on the starter stop and remove the stop (fig2-6-11)
2Apply low temperature grease on the rewind spring and spread it even Iy with your fingers3Reposition upper half of casing and with soft faced hammer, gently tap on the casing until it snaps close4Position spring cartridge in starter housing ensuring the large opening of the cartridge is facing upwardUsing soft faced hammer, gently tap on the casing unti seated in its housing (fig2-5-14)
