2Insert decompressor cable through the air deflector3Install cable ball in valve notch, and by push ing on lever, insert the cable housing in lever recess (see fig2-4-1)4J nstall decompressor switch and flat washer in dash panel and secure using support nutIns tall decompressor knob5Adjust the decompressor cable to obtain 116 inch free play between cable housing ferrule and leverThis is achieved by turning the switch ca ble in clockwise or counter-elockwise direction (fig2-4-4)6Install air deflector and muffler
