SINGLE CYLINDER ENGINE NOTE: Ensure the piston is centered with crankcase 2-02-11
21Temporarily affix the armature plate to crankcase using three (3) AHen head screws and six (6) washel'1 (fig2-2-34)
13Slide the cylinder on the four (4) cylinder studsEnsure the exhaust port is facing exhaust side of engine
14While carefully pushing the cylinder down, close the piston rings over the piston until each ring is compressed sufficiently to allow the cylinder to pass over itAfter passing the piston into cylinder continue pushing the cylinder down until it is seated on spatulas (see fig2-2-32)
15Remove spatulas carefully to avoid crank casecylinder gasket damageLower cylinder onto crankcase16Rotate crankshaft until piston dome is ap proximately 14 inch above the exhaust portEmpty tablespoon full of engine Ski-Doo oil onto piston and allow it to spread evenly over piston for to minutes
