(h) To obtain this, subtract= (thick ness of shims to be added to lay shaft gear ass'y)5On threaded end of drive shaft, 51 ide washer (30.2mm dia, needle cage bearing, shift spro cket and shim (lmm thickness)Lock assembly with circlip (fig1-13-49)8Secure fork to gear change rod using new roll pin9On drive shaft, install washer (30.2mm dia, gear shift sleeve and gear change rod ass'y, shift sprocket, needle cage bearing, shim (20.5 mm dia, and the correct amount of shim(s)(Refer measurement of drive shaft free-play) (fig1-13-52)5
