7Lubricate threads of governor bolt with light machine oilInstall centrifugal governor, washer and boltTorque governor bolt to 38 fttbWipe off excess lubricant from drive pulleyCAUTION: Excess lubricant on pulley shaft or misalignment of marks on pulley halves will cause the lubricant to penetrate drive belt creating slippage and deterioration8Tum crankshaft slightly to liberate ropeRemove rope from cylinderInstall spark plug(s)9Install drive belt and pulley guard1-8-5
