2Check the length of clutch springOn T'NT 340 and 440 models, spring length
should be 2-1516 inchesOn all other models, the spring length should be 2-1316 inchesIf spring has been stretched or compressed, replace

4Remove centrifugal governor bolt, washer, centrifugal governor, outer half pulley, spring and spring seat from shaft of inner pulJey half5Using special adapter tool, remove inner half pulley from crankshaft (fig1-8-2)

1Position bearing on shaft of "inner half pulleyUsing bearing pusher, press bearing down by the inner race until bearing is properly seated (fig1-8-4)
