POSITION SENSITIVE SHOCK REBUILD NOTES
S Remove bushings and sleeves from shock ends and clean shockRemove pressure from shockPlace shock in vice-body cap downUsing 1" wrench, loosen bearingUnscrew bearing from body and remove the shaft assembly from the bodyDispose of shock oil properlyClamp body eye in vice using aluminum vice jawsDo not clamp on shock bodyRemove bypass sleeve from outer body by using Polaris tool Part Number PS44925
NOTE: Any marks left on the bypass tube will prevent the Orings from sealing!
