1Remove the outer rod ends from the steering armsCenter the steering rack and lock down 2Center the handlebars by adjusting the drag link lengthTighten the drag link jam nuts3Lubricate ski pivot bushings with Polaris Premium All Season Grease and install in spindleTorque ski bolts to specificationInstall new cotter pin in castle nut
