CLUTCHING P-85 Drive Clutch Movable Sheave Bushing Removal
1Inspect bushing and replace if excessively worn2Install handle end of piston pin puller (PN 2870386) securely into bench vise and lightly grease puller threads3Remove nut from puller rod and set aside4Install main adapter (Item 8) onto pullerSee Ill15Working from inside of moveable sheave, insert removal tool (Item 1) into center of sheaveWith towers pointing away from vise, slide sheave onto puller rod6Install nut removed in step onto end of puller rod and hand tightenTurn puller barrel to increase tension on sheave if needed7Turn sheave counterclockwise on puller rod until it comes free8Remove nut from puller rod and set aside9Pull bushing removal tool and adapter from puller rodRemove bushing from tool and discard10Remove retaining ring from inside adapter and set asideIll1 Main Adaptor Piston Pin Puller
