Steering and Suspensions Toe Adjustment
Toe is adjusted with the shocks and skis installedTrack alignment must be correct before starting this processToe alignment is measured at ride height1Rock the front end of the vehicle up and down and then set it down gentlyThis will set the unit at ride height2Measure and make mark 10" (2.54cm) forward of the ski mount bolt and 10" (2.54cm) behind the ski mount bolt, preferably on the center line of the carbide skags
DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
Spindle Removal
1Securely support the front of the machine up off the floor2Remove the ski(s)3Remove the upper control arm (UCA)-to-spindle fastener4Remove the fastener securing the lower control arm (LCA) to the spindleNote the orientation of the fastener and nut5Remove the tie rod from the spindle, by removing the nut and bolt
