Chassis Right Support Brace Installation
1Verify the bulkhead clip, side brace, and tunnel are thoroughly cleaned and all residual adhesive is removed from the parts2Gather together the T40 screws and nuts, and exhaust silencer bracket and nuts3The next assembly step is applying the adhesiveThoroughly read and understand the Adhesive Applicator Tool and Adhesive Application sections before proceeding4Apply the adhesive to the front and rear of the right side brace as outlined in the Adhesive Application section5Install the braceTorque fasteners to specificationNote the screw on the inside of the brace mounting the brace to the bulkhead cooler
Bulkhead Clip-to-Brace Fasteners: 26 ft-lb (35 Nm) Brace-to-Tunnel Fasteners: 26 ft-lb (35 Nm) Exhaust Bracket Fasteners: 26 ft-lb (35 Nm) 6Install new bulkhead floor plate7Reinstall the right side fender using new rivets8Reinstall the following components: Rightleft engine compartment door Hood Nosepanbumper Exhaust pipesilencer Exhaust silencer bracket Chaincase componentschaincase Oil tankclutch cover assembly Airbox assembly Engine assembly Bulkhead floor plate Right side front suspension components NOTE: Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours at 68 (20 C) before placing the snowmobile back into service
