Chassis 10Reinstall the lower steering shaft nutTorque nut to specification
Right Bulkhead Clip Removal
1Remove the following components: Rightleft engine compartment door Hood Nosepanbumper Exhaust pipesilencer Exhaust silencer bracket Oil tankclutch cover assembly Airbox assembly Engine assembly Bulkhead floor plate Right side front suspension components Fuel tank (Remove fuel hoses and gasoline from tank) 2Drill out the rivets securing the right fender to the bulkhead and chassis3Remove the exhaust silencer bracket
Steering Shaft Nut: 22 ft-lb (30 Nm) 11121314Reinstall the tie rod bootReinstall the bulkhead floor plateReinstall the left fender assembly using new rivetsReinstall the following components:
