Cleanfire Fuel Injection This is the TPS Initialization Procedure screenA detailed description of each procedure is outlined below
IDLE SETTING

Access the Idle Setting procedure to set the idle speed voltageDigital Wrench will guide the technician through the process for setting the TPS idle voltageThis procedure should only be performed if the TPS idle voltage setting is incorrect, or when minor adjustments to the engine idle speed are desiredMinor adjustments to the engine idle speed may be desired if the engine idle is too low or too high due to extreme external environmental factors such as altitudeIn addition to environmental factors, normal throttle body component wear and tear may cause changes in idle speed over the life of the vehicleThe idle speed screw can be adjusted to compensate for these changesIMPORTANT: Never set the TPS idle voltage below or above the specified voltage rangeSetting the idle voltage at the low end of the range will result in lower idle speedSetting the idle voltage at the upper end of the scale will result in higher idle speedAlways check engine idle speed when the engine is at operating temperature and the idle speed has stabilizedEngine idle speed with the engine at operating temperature is 1700 +- 200 RPM
