Engine Controller Reprogramming (Reflash)
NOTE: New service replacement ECUs are programmed as "no-start" and require reflash in able to work1Verify the most current service packs, updates and filesets are downloaded and loaded into Digital WrenchSee "VersionFileset Identification" on page 11.452Connect the communication cables to the snowmobile connectorsSee "Digital Wrench Connections" on page 11.433Start Digital WrenchSelect the model year and machine using the "CHANGE VEHICLE TYPE" button4Click on the "SPECIAL TESTS" icon5Click on "ENGINE CONTROLLER REPROGRAMMING"6Select the engine model and color of the injectors installed on the engine.Record the digit injector part numberClick "CONTINUE"NOTE: Remember, all four fuel injectors must share the same color code7Locate the "program enable" or "mode change (callout on schematic)" jumper connectorJump the two pins using short length of wireClick "CONTINUE"
