Removal
12Remove brake cableRemove retaining bolts, making note of location of hex head bolt (with flat washer) and recessed Allen boltNOTE: Before performing next step, note position of two spring clips3Remove upper guide bushing and padsRemove lower guide bushingInspect pads and replace if worn beyond service limitWith actuating arm facing up, carefully remove tension from the return spring
Assembly
1Apply light film of grease to balls and ball spacerInstall in caliper housing2Install lifter rampNOTE: Ramp may be installed in any position3Install spring and arm with arm located in 2:00 position
