FINAL DRIVEBRAKES Chaincase Removal
123456Support the rear of the machine and loosen up the track tensionRemove RH side panelRemove the exhaust systemRemove the plenumRemove drain plug and drain the chaincase fluidOnce fluid is drained replace drain plug and torque to ftlb (11 N-m)the way of the chaincase23Remove the rear suspension24Carefully slide the driveshaft down so that it clears the chaincase, and remove the driveshaft25Remove the track from the chassis26Remove the chaincase retaining bolts27Slide the chaincase out of the chassis28Inspect the o-ring and seal sleeve on the jackshaft and replace the o-ring29Service the chaincase
Drain Plug: ft.lb (11 N-m) 7Remove the speedo drive nuts (1) to gain access to the drive shaft retaining nuts (2)2 1
