MAINTENANCE The machine should be stored in dry garage or shed out of the sunlight and covered with fabric snowmobile coverDo not use plastic to cover the machine; moisture will be trapped inside causing rust and corrosion problems
Battery
Disconnect and remove the batteryClean the terminals and cablesApply dielectric grease to the terminalsStore in cool dry place for storage
Clutch And Drive System
Remove drive belt and store in cool dry locationLubricate sheave faces and ramps of drive and driven clutches with light oil or rust inhibitorAll lubrication applied as rust preventative measure must be cleaned off before installing belt for service and operating machine
Controls And Linkage
All bushings, spindle shafts and tie rod ends should be coated with light coat of oil or greaseThrottle controls and cables should be lubricatedForce small amount of lubricant down cables
