Shocks Ryde FX Remote Reservoir Shock Assembly
1Install the shock rod in soft-jawed bench vise2Reassemble the valve shim stacks and piston in the order in which they were removed3Torque nut to specificationthe IFP wear band while setting the IFP depth
CAUTION
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE NUTDAMAGE TO THE SHOCK ROD MAY OCCUR
9When the IFP is set to the depth specification, reinstall the bleed screw10Fill the shock body with new Ryde FX shock oil to the bottom of the shock body threads11Carefully and slowly install the shock rodbearing assembly back into the shock bodyUse slight up and down movement to dispose of any air trapped below the piston assembly
