Shocks Walker Evans Air Piggyback Shock Assembly
1If the reservoir has been disassembled, begin the assembly process by assembling the reservoir2Install the reservoir IFP with the o-ring down and wear band up into the reservoirPush the IFP down until it bottoms out in the reservoir3Lubricate the adjuster piston's o-ring with shock oil and then install into reservoir just below the snap ring groove4Install the snap ring, and then pull the adjuster piston up against the ring5Screw the adjuster cap on to the reservoir until it seats against the adjuster pistonInstall the service portHand tighten the service port into the adjuster pistonNOTE: Do not over-torque the service port into the adjuster piston6Turn the adjuster cap to the full soft position (all lines showing on reservoir body)7Charge the reservoir with nitrogen gas to the specified pressure8Install the button head screw into the service port9Install the service port into the shock body10Fill the shock body with the specified amount of Walker Evans 5W Shock Oil15Screw the bearing head on to the shock bodytorque to specification
