Final Drive and Brakes Gearcase Oil Level Check Gearcase Oil
Polaris 80W Synthetic Chaincase Lubricant 1Position the vehicle on flat, level surface2Position drain pan under the gearcaseRemove any dirt from the Allen head drain plug3Remove the drain plug with 316 Allen wrenchDrain all of the oil into the drain panDispose of the used oil appropriately4Reinstall the drain plugTorque plug to10 Ft.Lbs(813 Nm)5Remove the dipstick and fill the gearcase with new oilDo not overfillNOTE: Always clean the magnetic plug when dipstick is removed and at 500 mile intervals
