Upper Gear Castle Nut 50 Ft.Lbs(68 Nm) (Do not back nut off only to align cotter pin holes with nut Lower Gear Fastener 19 Ft.Lbs(26 Nm) 12Turn the chain tensioner bolt in until there is 0.25 in(6.35mm) deflection between the backside of the chain and the chaincase
