Fuel Hose MountingRouting
The fuel hoses must be routed properly and secured to the airbox as shown in the photo below to prevent the hoses from rubbing on each other or other componentsP-CLAMP LOCATED WHERE HOSE MEETS METAL PIPE

IDLE SET VOLTAGE ALL 600700 CFI ENGINES .942.947.952.957 VDC ALL 800 CFI ENGINES .937.942.947.952
NOTE: Setting the idle set voltage to the low end of the specification will result in lower idle speedSetting the idle set voltage to the high end of the specification will result in higher idle speed19When the correct idle set voltage is established, the CONTINUUE button will turn from RED to GREENWhen this occurs, carefully tighten the lock nut (B) while maintaining the voltage setting20Reinstall the throttle cable into the throttle leverSet the throttle lever free play to specificationVerify the TPS voltage does not change when setting turning the throttle cable inline adjuster21Reinstall the air box assemblyVerify the air box is securely attached to the throttle body22Reinstall the driven clutch and drive belt23Test ride the vehicle at normal operating temperatures to verify the idle speed is within specification
