Maintenance Throttle Cable
Lubricate the throttle cable lightly with fresh oilWith the engine off, turn the handlebars to the left and lubricate well as shown
Chaincase Oil Replacement
1Locate the chaincase drain plug on the bottom of the nosepan2Place an oil catch pan under the drain plug3Remove the drain plug and drain the oil into the catch pan4Clean the magnetic plug to remove metal shavings
Choke And Choke Cable
Lubricate the choke slide and cables lightly with oil or greaseBefore turning the engine off, operate the choke intermittently to draw moisture out of the choke plunger area and reduce the possibility of the choke becoming frozen
