Maintenance 600 Widetrak IQ Cooling System FillAir Bleed CAUTION
Steam and hot liquids will cause burns to your skinNever bleed the cooling system or remove the pressure cap when the engine is warm or hotThis procedure is intended for use after service or repair where the cooling system has been completely drainedNOTE: Read and understand all steps of the procedure before starting12Refill the coolant reservoir as required to the 34 level while allowing the engine to warm-up to 120_F (50_C)13Increase engine RPM to 4000 intermittently (1 to seconds) for step 1414Pinch off the coolant hose connecting the bypass fitting to the brake caliperUse soft-jawed pliers to prevent hose damageThis step will assist in removing air from the rear coolers15Close the thermostat housing bleed screw when steady stream of coolant is evident16Remove the pliers from the hose when the tunnel coolers become warm to the touch17Reconnect the radiator fan motor harness18Shut off the engine and allow it to cool for several hours while keeping the front of the vehicle elevated19Lower the vehicle to the ground20Fill the coolant recovery bottle to the COLD FILL line21Monitor the coolant levels during operation and add coolant if necessary
