1Place the 36mm piston rod upper mount in soft-jawed bench viseLubricate the internal IFP and o-ring with shock oilInstall the internal IFP, flat-sideo-ring side first, into the piston rodInstall the rod head assemblyTorque to specification7Apply light film of grease to the 36mm rod assembly pressure valve port counter bore where the pressure valve assembly o-ring meetsInstall pressure valve assembly and torque to specification23
=TInstall the compression and rebound valve shim stacks back on to the piston valve assembly in the order they were removedApply small amount of Loctite 290 to the bolt threadsThread piston assembly into piston rod by hand
